The Baze Studio Large is a steel-frame structure with 20 square meters of living space. It offers all the comforts of a traditional home, including thermal insulation, double-glazed windows, soundproofing, a kitchen area, and a bathroom.
It can be customized to suit individual needs and preferences, for example by adding a wooden deck or installing a floor-to-ceiling window for more natural light. These features add significant value to single-family homes.


What does it do?

This small house can serve a variety of purposes depending on your needs. Often used as a guest room, it can also serve as a new dedicated workspace.
The advantage is that it comes fully furnished and can be customized in countless ways, so if you’re looking to expand your home, there’s no need for any construction work.


What steps are involved in installing a large studio base?

Since the area is between 5 and 20 square meters, a prior notification is sufficient. A building permit is not required.
