Terms and Conditions for Use of the Baze House Website

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Use are entered into between:

  • the website administrator, hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher”,
  • any person wishing to access the website and its services, hereinafter referred to as “the User”.

Article 1 – Principles

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to provide a legal framework for the use of the Baze House website and its services. The website www.bazehouse.com is a service provided by:

All Users must agree to the Terms of Use, and by accessing the site, they are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Article 2 – Changes to and Term of the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are entered into for an indefinite period. The agreement takes effect for the User as of the date the service is first used. The Baze House website reserves the right to modify the provisions of these Terms of Use at any time and without justification.

Article 3 – Access to the Website

Any user with internet access can access the Baze House website for free from anywhere. The costs incurred by the user to access the site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher. 

The website and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly for maintenance purposes, without any obligation to provide advance notice or justification. 

Site users have access to the following services: Camping Equipment. The site includes a paid members-only area reserved for registered users. These users can access it by entering their login credentials. The services reserved for members are as follows: Order Management.

Article 4 – Responsibilities

The Publisher shall not be held liable in the event of any failure, malfunction, difficulty, or interruption in operation that prevents access to the site or any of its features. The equipment used to connect to the site is the sole responsibility of the User, who must take all appropriate measures to protect the equipment and data, particularly from virus attacks via the Internet. The User is also solely responsible for the websites and data they access.

The Publisher shall not be held liable in the event of legal proceedings brought against the User:

  • as a result of using the website or any service accessible via the Internet;
  • due to the User’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

The Publisher shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User, third parties, and/or the User’s equipment as a result of the User’s connection to or use of the Site, and the User waives any right to bring a claim against the Publisher in this regard. If the Publisher becomes the subject of an out-of-court settlement or legal proceedings due to the User’s use of the site, the Publisher may take action against the User to obtain compensation for all damages, sums, judgments, and costs that may arise from such proceedings.

Article 5 – Intellectual Property

All technical documents, products, photographs, texts, logos, drawings, videos, etc., are subject to copyright and are protected by intellectual property law. When provided to our clients, they remain the exclusive property of Decamp – Baze House, the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to these documents, which must be returned to Decamp – Baze House upon request. 

Our customers agree not to use these documents in any way that could infringe upon the supplier’s industrial or intellectual property rights, and agree not to disclose them to any third party without the Publisher’s express prior authorization.

Article 6 – Hyperlinks

Users are strictly prohibited from creating any hyperlinks to all or part of the website without the Publisher’s prior written authorization, which must be requested by email at the following address: contact@bazehouse.com. 

The Publisher reserves the right to refuse such authorization without being required to justify its decision in any way. Should the Publisher grant authorization, it is in any case only temporary and may be revoked at any time without the Publisher being required to provide any justification. In any case, any link must be removed upon simple request by the Publisher. Any information accessible via a link to other sites is not under the control of the Publisher, who disclaims all responsibility for their content.
