Scope of Application
This shipping policy applies to rooftop tents and accessories purchased online on the Baze House website.
Pickup trucks, trailers, and other products subject to a specific ordering process are not covered by the e-commerce delivery terms described on this page. The terms for pickup, shipping, or delivery of these items are determined at the time of order.
Delivery Areas
Baze House offers delivery of eligible products to available destinations at the time the order is placed.
Availability and shipping terms may vary depending on the product ordered and the shipping address provided by the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is not included.
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the product ordered and the shipping address.
The shipping cost is shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.
This allows the customer to see the total cost of their order, including any applicable shipping charges, before proceeding to checkout.
Delivery Times
Orders are generally delivered within an estimated 7 to 10 business days from the date the order is confirmed.
This timeframe may vary depending on, among other things, product availability, the destination, and shipping conditions.
If a specific delivery timeframe or date is provided to the customer at the time of the order, that information takes precedence over the estimated timeframe mentioned above.
Transportation
Baze House may use different carriers depending on the type of product, its dimensions, its weight, and its destination.
The shipping carrier used may therefore vary from one order to another.
Order Received
Upon receipt of the order, the customer is asked to check the condition of the package and the delivered products.
In the event of visible damage, a damaged package, or any other issue noted at the time of delivery, the customer is asked to report the problem to the carrier upon receipt and to contact Baze House as soon as possible so that the situation can be investigated.
Returns and Cancellations
The terms and conditions regarding the right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds are detailed in our Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy.
For roof tents that, due to their weight and size, require special shipping, the direct return shipping costs in the event of cancellation are the customer’s responsibility and are estimated at €350 per roof tent.
