To prevent theft of your roof tent, all our tents are equipped with an anti-theft ring to which you can attach a padlock that passes through the ring secured to the tent and to the car’s roof rack or mounting bars.

You can set up camp almost anywhere with a rooftop tent. There are no specific regulations regarding sleeping or camping with a rooftop tent. Whether you’re at a campground, in the countryside, in the mountains, or elsewhere, you can camp in your rooftop tent. However, we ask that you respect the regulations regarding wild camping.

You want to go camping with your car roof tent all year round, and you’re absolutely right! All our roof tents are made from waterproof fabric and feature SBS zippers, ensuring maximum protection against cold and rain. You can choose a hard-shell roof tent (with a PVC shell as the roof), which is more robust and durable than a soft or semi-rigid roof tent. For extreme conditions, you can also add interior insulation: this raises the temperature inside the roof tent by about 15 degrees without additional heating. This product protects all walls and access points/entrances of the car roof tent from the cold.

Choosing the right roof racks for your car, SUV, or van is important. Generally, 2 or 3 roof racks (made of steel or aluminum) are sufficient to support the weight of your tent (maximum weight of a roof tent: 95 kg). We still recommend that you verify the maximum load capacity by consulting your car’s technical manual or checking with your mechanic. Setting up the roof tent is quick and easy, even if you’re not particularly handy. We include assembly instructions with your equipment upon delivery.

  • Choose a suitable spot: Find a flat, open area to set up your roof tent. Make sure your vehicle’s roof is strong enough to support the weight of the tent and that it has the necessary mounting accessories and fasteners.
  • Take the roof tent out of its packaging and lay it on the ground.
  • Loosen the straps under the roof tent and on the sides. Lift the tent slightly to open it a crack so you can retrieve the ladder and the mounting kit inside. Close it again.
  • Place the tent on the roof: Lift the tent and place it on the roof of your car, making sure it is centered. Ensure that the tent’s mounting brackets are properly aligned with the mounting points on your vehicle’s roof racks.
  • Secure the tent: Use the mounting hardware (brackets, nuts, knobs, etc.) provided with the tent to securely attach it to your vehicle's roof.
  • Secure the tent: Make sure the tent is properly secured and stable on the roof of your vehicle. Adjust the fasteners as needed to ensure a secure installation.
  • Check for stability: Once the tent is set up, check that it is stable and make sure it is properly secured.
  • Attach the ladder to the roof tent to open it.
  • Accessing the interior: Use the ladder provided to enter the tent. Make sure the ladder is securely locked in place to ensure your safety.

In terms of features, it includes a built-in mattress (ranging from 125 to 190 cm wide) that is 6 cm thick and comes with a washable cover.
