Jovive Roof Tent Warranty
2-year warranty
For two years from the date of purchase, Baze House will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective parts at no cost to the customer.
Our warranty does not cover the following issues:
- UV damage: damage to the fabric caused by ultraviolet rays. The gelcoat (gel layer) on the hulls of the Chest, Classic, and Slim models is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects resulting from use (discoloration of vinyl windows, scratches/dents on the tent roof, etc.)
- Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, storm damage, etc.)
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect the overall functionality of the roof tent.
This warranty applies only to customers who have purchased directly from Baze House and does not cover secondhand purchases.

- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects resulting from use.
- Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, storm damage, etc.)
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect the overall functionality of the product.
This warranty applies only to customers who have purchased directly from Baze House and does not cover secondhand purchases.
